We are delighted to announce we have recently been organising a new leisurewear provider for the members of TBSC. From 2017 the new provider will be Team Purple who established in 2003 and is the official clothing supplier of customised marine clothing to London Fire Brigade, Superyachts Mariette and Powdermonkey, Darling Associates, Howden Insurance, Portsmouth Naval Base to name but a few as well as numerous Universities and Sailing Clubs. Around Anglesey Sailing Challenge

Earlier in the summer 4 TBSC sailors, David Clemenson, Graham Davidson-Guild, Richard Howarth and Tom Leckie, set off in 2 RS400’s to take on the challenge of sailing the 77 miles around Anglesey. Gusts of 25+ knots across Holyhead Bay certainly made for some interesting sailing and after a gruelling 6.5 hours both boats reached Beaumaris. Unfortunately a capsize at the entrance to the Menai Straits meant that Tom and Richard had to retire which left David and Graham to carry on. The wind direction changed and the Straits became a tough beat which took 4 hours. 13 3/4 hours …

Welcome, members and visitors, to the Trearddur Bay Sailing Club’s website.  Over the winter we have taken the opportunity of upgrading the website and I am pleased to welcome you to the result!  Our 2015 sailing season kicks off on Saturday 1st August with our 1st Cup Race following the start of season Dedication Service.
