Flagstaff Volunteering
The sailing season is nearly upon us, and we're currently on the lookout for members to volunteer for some vital flagstaff roles. It's a brilliant opportunity to get stuck in, meet other members, and to make sure the racing is both smooth and enjoyable for everyone involved. Frankly, a full volunteer crew is absolutely essential if we want the sail racing to go ahead. No flagstaff simply means no racing!

DutyMan
Accessing the Duty Roster via DutyMan:
First things first, you'll need to access our duty roster. It's all managed through a system called DutyMan. You can get there by clicking on the link below
For Existing DutyMan Users:
If you've volunteered with us before and already have a DutyMan account, fantastic! Simply click the link above to access the duty roster and sign up for any available slots.
New to DutyMan?
If you're new to DutyMan, that's absolutely fine. Here's how to get set up:
Send an email to Helen Clemetson, our Flagstaff Officer, with the following details: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number.
DutyMan Login Help
On the login screen, ONLY enter your email address. You don't need to enter a password at this stage.
Check your email inbox (and your spam or junk folder, just in case) for an email from DutyMan. It might have the subject 'Your DutyMan Login...'"
Follow the instructions in the email. You may be asked to enter a 'One Time Password' from the email to confirm your identity.
Click the 'Member Login' button in the email. This will take you straight to our duty roster, where you can choose your preferred roles.
Important Tips:
- If you have any trouble logging in or accessing the duty roster, please don't hesitate to contact Helen at flags@tbsc.org for assistance.
- DutyMan can sometimes be a bit sensitive about email addresses, so make sure you enter it correctly!
- Keep an eye on your email (including your spam folder) for updates and reminders from DutyMan.
